Obituary of David Paul Griswold

David Paul Griswold, 69, of Timberlea passed away December 18, 2016 at his home. Born in Clam Bay, he was a son of Lewis and Kathleen. Dave loved spending his Saturdays with Bernadette going to yard sales and getting great deals. He was also an avid dart and pool player, and a collector of tools and shot glasses. He will be sadly missed by all. He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Bernadette (Brushett); son David (Gennifer); daughter Robin (Shawn) Kent; brother Buddy (Bernadette); sister Anne (Stan) Dauphinee; and grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jenna, Emma, Garrison, Connell, and Mae. He was predeceased by his brother William. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T. J. Tracey Cremation & Burial Specialists, Bedford. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 11:00am in St. Andrew’s United Church, 2565 St. Margaret’s Bay Road, with Rev. Mark Pretty officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Society. We would like to send out most heartfelt gratitude to all of out family, friends, and neighbours who have been a tremendous help through this difficult time.
