Dear Phyllis, Nancy, and Dale. We were shocked and saddened to learn of Kenny’s passing. Kenny was an amazing person on many levels; and an incredible friend. He has been taken from us way too soon; but he will NEVER be forgotten! May God give you the strength that you need at this most difficult time. Love and prayers, Ed and Eileen Cochrane Deep River Ontario

Dear Phyllis.
So sorry for your loss. I met Ken about 40 years ago through my family . We played together in various groups together for a period of time. I recall many rehearsals at your home, fond memories of playing all over Cape Breton and travelling with him during these times. He was always so kind and generous to me and my family, his unique sense of humour was always in play whenever I was around him. Loved by all. I wish I could be there today in person to say
my thoughts are with you and yours at this time.

My deepest condolscenses to the entire family. I may never of met Kenny, but I am sure from knowing Nancy & Dale for so many years that his traits shine through them, and through the grandchildren as well.
May he rest in peace.

Although the light has dimmed for your family, try and rest easy knowing it has brightened in Heaven as he watches over you all. He will be missed by all that knew him. Try and remember the happy times. That is what he would want. He would not want you to be sad.

Dear Phyllis and family,
The world will be a little less bright because Kenny is no longer shining his ray of laughter and love of life itself. Whenever I have connected with him over the years, his first updates would be of his family. He loved to share any news with love and pure joy. He loved you all so much. Hearing of his love for his granddaughters made him almost sound giddy with excitement and pride. I would see his posts of little Cadence bringing even more joy to his full life….a perfect 3 granddaughters.
I have a feeling he would want to know everyone had a toast to him, and then kept on playing in life, music and love. I celebrate Kenny for a kind and gentle and fun loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Rock on Kenny…the heavens are just about the right size for your music and smile. Thank you for sharing some of your time in my life.
