Obituary of Brian Richardson

Brian Richardson, age 77, of Bedford, passed away suddenly at home Thursday May 4, 2017. Born in Ont., he was the son of the late David and Dorothy (Whitfield) Richardson. Brian married the love of his life, Joan, in Toronto, then moved to N.S. Brian was a very loving husband, his great sense of humour was enjoyed by all who knew him and he had a great zest for life. Brain will always be remembered for his great BBQing at family functions. He also loved to travel with Joan to many memorable places. He had a great love for sports, participating in golf and curling and after his retirement from Westburne Inc., he took up bowling. Brian will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Joan McClare; brother David (Marlene); nieces Tammy and Debbie. Besides his parents Brian was predeceased by a nephew, Dennis. A celebration of Brian’s life will be Tuesday May 9, 2017, in the Common Room of Casa Bonavista from 2-4 pm. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to T. J.
