Obituary of Harry Wayne Poole

Poole, Harry Wayne, 74, Herring Cove, It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and friend on September 20, 2017. Born in Halifax and raised in Herring Cove by the late Ernest Poole and Christina “Gertie” (Gibb) Poole. Harry was a hard working entrepreneur and gave his sons valuable life lessons, work ethic and family values. He was predeceased by the love of his life, Marg (Doyle). For over 50 years Harry and Marg were best friends and soul mates. He will be forever remembered for his big laugh, and even bigger heart. Harry is survived by his son Craig (Celeste Conrod), and Grandchildren Madeline and Holly, who he lived to spoil. He is also survived by brother Donnie (Barb), sister Barbara (Bryan) and Dianne (Wayne). Harry was predeceased by his Son Mark, and his brother Ernie. A family service will take place in his family home. He will be missed more than words can say. The family would like to thank the amazing care provided by the palliative unit 7A of the VG hospital.
