Elias was a wonderful neighbour and friend. He always had a great smile and welcome, no matter what kind of day he was having. After leaving his home country, his home became Cape Breton, he never looked back and was committed to making here a better place for all of us. He devoted much of his time and effort to this endeavor willingly.. He loved being around people helping them grow and improve. He was loyal to his family, co workers, friends, tenants etc .He was going to the office in his 80's, and i believe it was more to socialize than work. His family, people were his reason to be. He was loyal to his family, co workers, friends, tenants, etc. Elias will be missed by those who were in his life. All the best in your new life. .
