Obituary of Boudreau Caroline Annette

BOUDREAU (MUISE) CAROLINE “ANNETTE”, age 73, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children on October 19, 2017. Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of the late Marcellin and Marie-Cecile Muise. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Wilfred Boudreau. Annette’s happiest moments were working alongside her husband in the office at “Foyer Pere Fiset Home for Special Care” in Cheticamp. She also worked many years in the kitchen, taking extra courses in the food service industry. She was a beautiful piano player and loved country music. A member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and Saint Benedict Church, she had a devotion to Mary and prayed the rosary daily. Annette is survived by four children: Cheryl (Paul), Darlene (Donald), Richard (Mandy), Jennifer (Mike), and three grandchildren: Jeremie and Marc Deveaux, Sage Boudreau; brothers, Maurice and Tom (Marilyn) Muise. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 25, 10:00am at Saint Benedict Church, with a Funeral Mass at 11:00am. A reception will follow. Burial to take place in Cheticamp at a later date. The family thanks all the special people who have loved and cared for their mom at Ocean View and Parkstone. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Society or Canadian Cancer Society.
