My brother Mike was a person of great intelligence and deep sensitivity...he also had a great sense of humour! Along with his proclivity of Ahernish puns, his favourite comic was Bugs Bunny in all his wacky slapstick ("What's up doc")! I am proud of him for making a life for himself in spite of the awful illness that caused such suffering for most of his life...I love you Mike!

Sincere condolences to Michael’s family. I was a classmate of Michael’s in elementary school, a summertime replacement at Edward Street grocery, my aunt and uncle’s store and Patrick’s Home Room teacher in grade 10-A in 1965-66 at Saint Patrick’s High. In our thoughts and prayers. - Joe McSweeney
