Obituary of Roger Roland Deziel
Please share a memory of Roger to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Roger Roland Deziel, of Timberlea, husband of Carmen (Champigny) announce his passing on Thursday October 24, 2024.
Born in Montreal on October 17, 1944, he was the son of the late Harvey and Isabelle Deziel.
Besides his wife of 53 years, Roger is survived by his two daughters, Carole and Eliane; grandchildren, James and Amie; great grandson, Levi.
Roger had an appreciation for life that left a positive impact on everyone who met him. He was naturally approachable with the powerful ability to listen without judgment.
Roger loved keeping busy and was passionate about anything he could build or fix himself. If he wasn’t building something, he would be outside working in his yard (always whistling and listening to music).
Of course, Rogers' proudest accomplishment was his family. He was a proud husband, dad, grandpa and great grandpa (papa). He took the time to form memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. He will always be remembered as “The coolest Grandpa ever”.
Roger will be greatly missed by his family and all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held on November 24, 2024 from 1pm-3pm, at 17 Bay Court Timberlea.
