Obituary of Elaine White Walker

Elaine White Walker Age 71 of Halifax, NS passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in the VG Site QE11, Halifax. Born in Sydney, Cape Breton, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen White. Elaine had a great love for life, she will always be remembered for her glowing smile and out going personality and she will be missed by her family and many friends. She worked in the Human Resources Department of the Old VG Hospital, Halifax, and then retired from the Department of Transportation. Elaine had a great love for her faith and involvement in her church, St. Ignatius Church, Bedford. She is survived by her loving husband, Fred Walker of 23 years; sister Barbara (John) Comeau of Yarmouth; niece, Heidi Tudor and nephew, Johnathan Comeau. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, November 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in St. Ignatius Church, Bedford. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T. J.
