Obituary of Kenneth James Head

It is with sadness that I announce the death of my loving husband, Kenneth James Head. He passed after a short illness with his family by his side. Born in New Waterford, Ken was the son of Daniel and Alice Head. Ken worked at Devco and later in Edmonton for SNC Lavalin. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Head, of 34 years; daughter, Lindsay (BJ) Waye; stepsons, Brad and Chris; stepdaughter, Danette (Dave); brothers, Tim (Susie), Greg (Virginia); sisters, Margaret (John), Kay (Martin), Sue (Greg); grandchildren, Bryson and Isabella Waye; step grandchildren, Danielle, David, James and Alexandra. Ken was predeceased by brothers, Harry and Russell, and sisters, Stella, Joan and Judy. The family would like to thank the staff of CBRH for their exceptional care. Donations may be made to a charity of choice. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 6 Churchill Drive, Sydney, NS, 902-539-7175.
