Obituary of Teresa Morrison

Teresa Morrison Glace Bay It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the passing Teresa Morrison, age 75 of Glace Bay, NS on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the Glace Bay Hospital, with her loving partner Jane and her sister by her side. Born in Glace Bay, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Martha (Burke) Morrison. Teresa moved to Ontario and spent most of her time in Kitchener where she was a longtime employee of Lazy -Boy. Teresa made her dreams come true when she was finally able to return back to Cape Breton. Teresa enjoyed gardening, golfing, stamp and coin collecting and spending time with family and friends. She loved to sing along while playing the spoons to the music. She was a strong woman who always stood up to make things right. Teresa is survived by her loving partner of 32 years, Jane Euler; sisters, Paulette McIsaac, Marian Smith, Marcella Morrison, Mary (Gerry) Colbourne; brother Michael (Lee-Anne) Morrison; sisters -in-law, Dawn O’Brien (Michael), Carie (Robert) Davies; brother -in-law, Paul Cosnick as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Kelly Cosnick; brothers, John Leo and Benjamin; brother -in-law, John Euler. Cremation has taken place.
