The family wishes to send a special thank you to the nurses, doctors and staff in Unit 3B and in the Palliative Care Unit at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for their care and compassion in Doug’s final days, as well as those in the Renal Dialysis Unit, where Doug spent many years of his life on kidney dialysis, making many good friends along the way.
