To Roger’s family, Most of my memories of Roger are older ones when I was friends with Charlene. Roger was a typical older brother. He tormented and teased. He had a devilish grin. When he started dating Linda, it was our turn to tease him. He didn’t mind one bit! Which led us to believe that maybe she would be the one! I’m so sorry that he has passed, but am so grateful the memories remain for everyone who wishes to reminisce about times spent in his company. You, Roger’s loved ones, are in my thoughts and prayers. My earliest memories of Roger were of how he and Eric could get up to Mischief. I once washed the kitchen floor when I was babysitting them and Roger and Eric promptly poured Rice Crispies and ketchup on it to make a noisy marching ground. That humor and mischievous twinkle in his eyes never faded. Another side of Roger was his kindness. The night that Charchu died Roger and Eric helped me with all the arrangements and then we went back to Roger's house where we wrote Charchu's Obituary and shared tears and laughter with all our memories. I am so glad I got to see everyone last year. You will all miss Roger very much. I am so sorry for your loss. All my love. Ruthie

My condolences to you Linda and the family. I knew Roger as a Donkin boy and hadn't seen him for many years until we did a course together to join the ''corps''. H e brought me some deer steaks and an invite to go hunt in the ''corn patch'' with him. He brought me up to date on the ''goins on'' in the village. Take care and again my sympathy.

To say Roger will be missed by so many is an understatement .He was one of the best friends ,neighbour that a person could ask for .Our kids adored him ,he truly was a kid magnet ,right from newborn .His demeanour was always positive but yet he was so full of pranks .His love for the Mira ,his family & friends was never ending .Rest in Peace Roger ,we will miss you forever .There are no words to describe the sorrow we are all feeling for his family .
