Dear Heather and all of Jasmine's family and other friends, I am sorry I was not at the celebration of Jasmine's life. I received word that Jasmine had died but was too late seeing the actual obituary and the opportunity to be there today. I am sad thinking of her young life ended but treasure her life in reading about her. I only knew Jasmine when she was a baby! Sympathy and prayers for you, Heather and all. love, Joan

Jasmine was a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile and an equally beautiful soul. I had the privilege of working with her different times over my two years at Oxford school. She was always polite, respectful and had just enough sass to make you laugh. She loved looking you straight in the eye and saying “no” to whatever is was that you were asking of her….then you would hear that signature giggle and know she was just having fun with you. She always had a smile whenever you met her in the hallway. I will miss hearing her say “Miss” every time she wanted to ask me something. My heart aches to think that her life was so short here, but she will live on in our memories always, and the memories will bring a smile.

RIP Jasmine! She will be dearly missed. I loved her joyful smile and how she always made everyone happy. I remember our times during group work, and all the memories we shared before school when we used to come early and on our way back home. My deepest condolences to the family! I knew Jasmine all through her time at Joe Howe. She always had a smile and a hug for me. You are absolutely right, she was an old soul. I truly believe that she is an Angel up in Heaven right now because she was definitely an Angel on earth. I will miss her so much. I just saw her before school ended and we had a lovely chat and of course, I got my hug. She and I always joked about how tall she is. She towered over me. I always told her how beautiful she is, inside and out. She always got that shy smile when I would say that to her. She was a smart, thoughtful, beautiful, caring young lady and I believe she still is all that and more up in Heaven. Plus she had the best dimples ever! Sharon (Mrs. Durant). Big hugs.
