Obituary of Debby Merlin

MERLIN, Debra “Debby” Catherine, 71, of Halifax passed away April 9, 2024 at Halifax after a long battle with cancer. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of John and Frances Merlin. Debby enjoyed working with her ReMax Family, in Charlottetown, where she retired from about five years ago. Debby is survived by her sisters, Christina (Ken) Ervanowitz and Judy Merlin (Doug Dares). She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Doyle, Charlottetown, PEI; brothers, Arthur, John and Paul; and sisters, Betty and Sherry. A private Graveside service will be held Saturday 20 April, 2024 at 11:30am in Gates of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A very special thank you to the Docters and nurses at the QEII – VG Palliative care unit for your exceptional compassion and care provided to our sister.
