Obituary of Alexander James Lionel Bailey

Age 28, of Halifax, NS, and Calgary, Alberta. Passed away on November 9, 2023, in Calgary, Alberta. Alex, also known as “Lexi,” by close friends was the son of Bruce (Donna) Bailey, and Sherry Slauenwhite.
Alex had a smile so bright that he lit up every room that he walked into. He was accepting and loving of all people. It was important to him that everyone was happy. He was generous, compassionate, and loyal to all his friends and family. Alex always put those in front of him and would do anything for anyone. Always loved and never forgotten by all. His legacy of love continues to live on.
He is survived by his parents; sisters, Rachael and (Alex) Slaunwhite, and Amanda Bailey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday December 9, 2023, at 2pm in T. J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 71 McQuade Lake Crescent, Halifax, NS, B3S 1C4.
Family flowers only, memorial donations may be made to any organization who supports the homeless in the community.
