Obituary of Donald Adrian MacIsaac

It is with great sadness that we, the family, announce the passing of Donald A. MacIsaac, 81, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Sunday, September 10, 2023, with his loving family by his side. Born in New Glasgow, he was the son of the late Donald and Eleanor (Ellsworth) MacIsaac. Donnie worked for Devco as a silo operator. He also enjoyed bowling and fishing. Surviving is his common-law partner, Anne Theberge; daughters; Janice MacIsaac, Loretta Lloyd, and Dawn Louise Foss; and step-children Lisa and Jason Gillis. Beside his parents, Donnie was predeceased by a sister, Maureen. There will be no visitation or memorial as per his wishes. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of T.J.
