Catherine Currie, age, 81, of Bedford, passed away on August 16, 2023. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Gerald and Kathleen Gallagher.
Cathy was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Wayne Foster Currie.
She is survived by her sons; Wayne Jr. and grandson, Tyler, of Hammonds Plains, and Shawn (Cathy Lynn) of Oviedo, Florida. She was predeceased by her only brother, Kenneth (Lilian) Blackmore.
Cathy was a proud woman, who loved her friends and family and cherished her grandson, Tyler. She loved her home and neighbors, always remaining loyal. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
