Obituary of Margaret Lois Jeffery

Margaret Lois Jeffery, age 100, of Halifax passed away February 23, 2018. Born in 1917 to the late Harvey and Effie (Alinard) Jeffery in Martins Point. She was predeceased by her husband, Patrick; son, Laurie; sisters, Sadie, Annie and Marie; brothers, Willie, Fred, Warren, Walter, Stanley and George; granddaughter, Karen; and daughter in law, Ann. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Robert) Boulton; sister, Eldora (Dawson) Knickle; grandchildren, Scott, Colleen, Peter and Andrew; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Thursday, March 1 at 2pm in St. Margaret of Scotland Anglican Church, 3751 Robie Street, Halifax, with Reverend Canon Charles Bull officiating. No visitation.
