Obituary of Everett William Shubley

Shubley, Everett William It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Everett William Shubley, known to most as ‘Ev’. He passed away peacefully at Northwood Manor at the age of 88 years old. Ev is the son of the late Lincoln and Pearl (Harrie) Shubley. In the early years he worked at the shipyards as a pip insulator and at Citadel Hill. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary (Slaunwhite) of 57 years; sister Betty Gray, Sambro; son, Brenton (Paula), Whites Lake; grandson Kyle (Ashley), Hubley; and great-grandchildren, Georgia and Max. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Neil. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held in St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Sandy Cove, on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 11 am with Rev.
