Obituary of Beatrice (Betty) Ann Ross

Beatrice (Betty) Ann Ross Glace Bay, NS 1937 - 2023 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-Grandmother, Beatrice Ann Ross (Betty) in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on July 16, 2023, after a brief illness. Betty is survived by her daughter Danielle Brushett, (Joey) and son, Philip (Alice), grandchildren Brian, Ryan, Tyler (Dawn) and Parker; great grandchildren, Chase, Sammy, and Emmett; a brother Jack (Anne); along with many nieces and nephews. Betty was pre-deceased by her parents Philip (Bud) and Viola Neary, her husband Danny, sisters Tootsie and Alice and brother Pat. As per her wishes there will be no visitation, cremation has taken place and burial will be at a later date under the direction of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, N.S. 902.849.4199. The family would like to thank the staff at Ferguson's Pharmacy, the Paramedics at EHS, the Doctors and nursing staff at both the ER and the CCU units of the Regional Hospital for the care Betty received during her illness.
