It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the sudden passing of Jimmy , age 72, of Glace Bay at home.
Born in Glace Bay, he was the son of the late Albert and Tina Cluett.
Jimmy was very well known for his great sense of humour and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his best friend and soul mate Marjorie Fields, beloved sister, Frances Keeping (Eric); daughter, Annette Cluett, son, Albert Cluett (Tammy); he will be greatly missed by grandchildren, great grandchildren, Lucas and Karly as well as many nieces and nephews especially Stevie Vaters and many friends.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Laura Yorke, Martha “Tootsie” Vaters, and Alberta “Allie” Moore.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetic Society or a charity of choice.
Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 am on Friday January 4, 2019 with a service to follow at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Melvin Wheaton officiating at T.J.Tracey and Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, NS (902-849-4199). A reception to follow.
