Obituary of Robert William Murray

Robert William Murray, 75 Glace Bay, NS We the family of Robert William Murray, regret to announce his passing in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, on May 28, 2023. Robert was the son of the late George Murray and Gladys Warren of Glace Bay. Robert was a Cement Finisher by trade, and was a lover of Antique cars, for which he was the owner of many throughout his lifetime. Robert is survived by his companion Dutty Kimm; children: Tammy (John), Leona (Jason), and a son; brothers: Charley (Patsy), Billy (Sue); sisters: Diane (Chris),and Abby, ON; grandchildren: Brennan (Taylor), Jake, Ainsley, Bryanna; great-grandchildren: Bentley, Hunter, Harper, and Harlow, little buddy Jessie; as well as his extended family, Cathie (Heckie), Marianne (Terry), Cherlyn (David), grandchildren: Taryn, Leah, Jackson, and Henry. Besides his parents and grandparents, Robert was predeceased by brothers Johnny and Kenneth. Our family wish to thank Palliative Care, and VON for all their care and compassion provided to Robert in his time of need. As per Robert’s request, cremation has taken place, under the care and compassion of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, 9+02.849.4199. There will be no service.
