It is with deep sorrow, that we the family of Florence (Flo) Eileen Roberts, announce her passing on Saturday, May 13, 2023, in the Glace Bay Hospital. Florence was the daughter of the late James and Irene (Hollis) Adams.
Flo was an avid baker and was known for her delicious pies. She loved her drives to Dominion Beach, playing darts, dancing, and camping.
Flo is survived by her loving husband Alexander (Alex) Roberts; daughters: Amanda (Brian) Curry, Deborah Ayre (Blair), Laura (Ernie) Landry; son Todd Ayre; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Flo is also survived by her stepchildren; Theresa and Mark; siblings; Lenora Lewis, Rose Sigut, shirley Armstrong, Phyllis Adams, Stephen Adams, and Ellen MacKinnon.
Along with her parents, Florence was predeceased by Charlie Adams, James Adams, Billy Adams, Edie Adams, and Eileen Jewett.
As per Florence’s wishes, there will not be a visitation or service.
