Obituary of Murdock Archibald Newton

Murdock Archibald Newton, age 81, died peacefully May 9, 2023, at The Cove Guest Home. Murdock was born on May 22, 1941, to the late Alvin and Margaret Newton. Murdock spent his later years in Sydney and finally at the Cove Guest Home. He often enjoyed memories of the woods in Gabarus and Grand Mira, delivering firewood to folks, being with family and friends, fishing at the Bungalow and the people he lost touch with over the years. Living at the Cove was no great mystery for him, for there was no crime or murder Murray and the TV detectives did not solve. Murray acknowledged the friendship shown by his Cove roommate and the shared memories. Murray shall be remembered as someone who lived his life on his own terms. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 6 Churchill Drive, Sydney, 902-539-7175.
