Obituary of Lee Ann McCormack

Lee Ann McCormack, 78 Glace Bay, NS Lee Ann McCormack, 78, of Glace Bay peacefully passed away May 3, 2023, at Glace Bay Hospital. Born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of John Pittman and Etta Budge. Whether hosting holiday meals, or spending time with her children in Ontario, mom's love of cooking has left us many cherished memories. With a lifelong view of the ocean, she loved to watch the boats on the water especially this time of the year. But nothing brought her more joy than her Great-grandchildren. Survived by children: Tracy, Tanya, and Shaun; grandchildren: Karl and Seancie (Alyssa); great-grandchildren: Mason, Garrett and Aaliyah; brothers: John, Ricky (Norma) and Bruce (Hilda); sister: Joy (Bill); cousin and close friend: Paulette. Predeceased by husband Stephen, brother Greg, and sister Mary. Our family is extremely grateful for the care and compassion received at Glace Bay Hospital. Thank you to the staff of 3 East, 3 West, Dr. McNeil, Dr. Boutilier, Dr. McLachlan and Dr. Odumosu for going above and beyond. Special thanks to T.J.
