Obituary of Brian Clare Mounce

Brian Clare Mounce 69, Glace Bay It is with heavy hearts that we the family announce the sudden passing of Brian Mounce on Saturday March 17, 2018 at the Glace Bay Hospital, Glace Bay. Born in Toronto, Ontario he was the son of the late Robert and Daphne (Bower) Mounce. Brian was employed with the Toronto Transit, having various positions until his retirement in 2013 with 31 years with the company. He enjoyed playing darts and watching sporting events and the news on TV. He was a member of the Branch 3 Legion spending time with many good friends. Brian is survived by his companion Brenda Entice; his three daughters, Kimberly, Kathryn and Amanda, his six grandchildren, and one great grandson,Nolan. He is also survived by his brother, Robert (Heather) Mounce; sisters, Karen Mounce and Sharon Mounce as well several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Kevin Mounce and sister Linda Mounce Wilson. Cremation has taken place. As per Brian’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services.
