Christopher Arthur 'Fish' King Glace Bay July 15,1984-April 24, 2023 We the family of the late Chris King regret to announce his sudden passing on Monday, April 24, 2023. Chris was the son of Arthur 'Teddy'and Lynda (Nearing) King. Chris enjoyed camping and ice fishing with his best friend his dad, and late brother Dana; his long talks with his mom Lynda were incredibly special; Chris adored taking his buddy T-Bone for walks, as well as watching WWE Wrestling whenever he could. Along with his parents, Chris is survived by his grandfather Freddy King,sister-in-law, Lesley Donovan; aunts and uncles, Doris (Danny) Boutilier, Brian (Cathy) King, Cathie King, Rose King, Leonard Nearing, Russell (Florence) Nearing, many cousins as well as his best friend, Courtney Leroux. Chris was predeceased by his brother and best friend Dana, his pet dog T-Bone; maternal grandmother Kathleen King; maternal grandparents Delores and Russell Nearing; aunts, Sheri Nearing and Patricia Nearing, and uncle, Timmy King. As per the family’s request, there will be no visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Chris’ memory may be made to the IWK Foundation.
