Obituary of Brenda Lee Hill

We are saddened to announce the passing of Brenda Lee Hill, 65, of Sydney, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Thursday, April 20, 2023. Born in Truro, Brenda is the daughter of Lola Hughes and the late William Hughes. Brenda was a member of the Cape Breton Christian Fellowship Church. Besides her mother, she is survived by her husband of 35 years, Rollie Hill; son Ryan Hill; daughter Melissa Basque, stepdaughter Stephanie Pettigrew; brothers David and Mark; sisters Susan and Sara, and grandchildren Rory and Cailyn. She was predeceased by her father, William Hughes. Cremation has taken place under the care of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 6 Churchill Drive, Sydney, 902-539-7175. Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 22 in T.J. Tracey Funeral Home from 2-4 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Sunday, April 23 at 3 pm in T.J.
