Sharon (nee Kemp) Collier of Shad Bay, Nova Scotia, 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the QE II Health Sciences Centre. Sharon was the daughter of the late Laurence and Gertrude Kemp.

Sharon enjoyed gardening, bowling, playing cards, rug hooking, time spent at the beach with family, and summer boating days with Bud in the bay.

Sharon was predeceased by her husband, Bud (Eric) Collier, and brothers Bob Kemp and Jerry Kemp.

She is survived by daughters, Laurie Brown (Richard) and Karen Collier; son, Brant Collier (Krista); grandsons Tyler Brown (Julia Pelton) and Evan Brown (Jessica Shannon); and granddaughters Julie Clow (Allan) and Kelsie Poirier (Will); two great granddaughters, Ella Pelton and Eilidh Brown, and two great grandsons, Eric Pelton and Harrison Poirier. She is also survived by her sister, Susan (Mark) Collier, and several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to T. J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, Halifax, 71 McQuade Lake Crescent (902)835-4212, where a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
