Obituary of Michael Wufka

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Dear friend the Omnipresent Silver Cockroach. After a long battle, he succumbed to advanced cirrhosis of the liver. He passed away at the Halifax infirmary on the New Moon in the early morning hours of February 20th 2023. He was born in Toronto on September 23rd 1962 and spent years in Montréal, Québec to then settle in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He affected many people’s lives along his mystical journey. Lover of love, food, photography, music, dancing, road trips, cats and most of all his friends. He was a magical and mischievous entity, always pushing buttons, boundaries and bargains. An artist and garbage picker extraordinaire, he could fix , mend , create and conjure the most wonderful things. His home was his castle filled with collectible treasures for anyone who needed anything. He will be missed by many.
