Obituary of Myrtle Mary MacDonald Green

Myrtle ‘Mary’ MacDonald Green, age 80, passed away at Melville Lodge in Halifax on February 11 ,2023. Born in Campbellton, New Brunswick, she was the eldest daughter of the late Roderick ‘Roddy’ James MacDonald and Isabel Katherine MacDonald. She worked in insurance for many years and loved her dogs and the outdoors. She especially enjoyed long walks in Shubie Park, Dartmouth. She is survived by sons, Michael (Lisa) Green, Harmony, NS, and Brad Green, Ottawa ON; grandchildren, Iain, Erin, Abigail, and Emily Green; sister, Joyce White; brother, Ward MacDonald. Predeceased by sister, Betty Myers. Cremation has taken place. There will be no service. Any donations should be made to the SPCA.
