Roy Lemuel Simmons Sydney October 26, 1952-January 31, 2023 We, the family of Roy Lemuel Simmons, 70, of Sydney, NS, are broken hearted to announce his sudden passing after a courage battle with cancer, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, on January 31, 2023.
