Obituary of Barry Mendel Lloyd

It is with heavy hearts that we, the family, Barry Mendel Lloyd, announce his sudden passing in New Minas, NS. Barry was the son of the late Aubrey and Mary Lloyd of Bridgeport. Barry was a lover of all sports especially hockey, baseball, broomball, and he loved to watch his favorite team Toronto Maple Leafs. Barry is survived by his daughter, who meant the world to him, Katherine (Tanner) Wolkowski; granddaughters, Ava, Emily, and baby(to be named soon). Barry is also survived by brothers, Aubrey (Georgia), Andy(Rose), Laurie (Jen); sisters, Elaine, Linda (Blaise), Brenda; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. Barry was loved by many people everywhere he went. Besides his parents, Aubrey and Mary Lloyd; he was predeceased by a sister, Nina; brother in laws, Dave McNeil and Bernie Somerton. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity close to your heart. Cremation has taken place. A memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2023 with Peggy MacKinnon officiating all taking place at T.J.
