It is with deep sorrow, that we the family of Germaine Frances (MacKenzie) Butts, of (Bridgeport) Glace Bay announce her passing in the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, on Monday, December 26, 2022.

Germaine was the daughter of the late Wilburn and Sarah Ann (MacDonald) MacKenzie.

Germaine is survived by her two daughters: Ann Keeping and Sandra Day, as well as a son Edward Butts.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care and compassion of T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, 370 Reserve St., Glace Bay, NS. 902-849-4199. Visitation and Memorial Service to be held at a later date.
