Bertha Mae (Morris) Delorey, age 89 of Lincolnville, Guysborough Co. passed away on December 8th, 2022 at Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born in Lincolnville she was a daughter of the late Jeramiah and Sarah Elizabeth (Reddick) Morris.
A beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She will be sadly missed for the love she selflessly demonstrated through giving her time to care for children and grandchildren. She was a member the Tracadie United Baptist Church, member of the Ladies Auxiliary, and former employee of Canso Seafood Ltd.
She is survived by her son Steve (Tilley); daughters, Shirley Ann (Courtney), Mildred, Stella, Patricia, Yvonne (Albert), Nancy (John), Cynthia (Cedric). Siblings Russell (Theresa), Bessie, Sarah Jane (Don). She is also survived by, 21 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. Special grandsons, Marvin (Stephanie), and Joshua (Gracey).
Predeceased by husband Arthur Delorey; sisters Annie Mae, Marybell, and Helen Marie; niece Grace Ann; nephew Allen and grandson Charlie Talbot.
Visitation will take place in Tracadie United Baptist Church (521 Route 16 Monastery) on Sunday, December 11th at 1 pm, a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2 pm. Officiated by Rev. Andrea Anderson, interment to follow at church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Tracadie United Baptist Church.

A very special thank you to Mary Ann Clyke for the exceptional care she provided our mom over the past few years.
