Obituary of Jamie Harold Keleher

Jamie Harold Keleher, 49, of Dartmouth passed away on November 27, 2022 in Arborstone Enhanced Care. Born in Halifax, NS he was the son of, Harold and Carolyn (Nickerson) Keleher. Jamie worked as a professional painter and tradesman up until his illness in 2020. He took pride in the work he did and loved sharing stories about his accomplishments. Jamie’s most significant accomplishments are his 2 beautiful daughters and he loved spending time with them and sharing a laugh with his “Big Girl” and his “Baby Girl”. Kiara and Nevaeh were always his #1 priority! Jamie loved the game of hockey and his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs! On Saturday, December 3rd please wear your favourite Toronto Maple Leafs jersey, hat or the colours Blue and White (or another team in the spirit of FUN) as we hold Jamie in our thoughts as we celebrate the life he lived! Jamie is survived by his daughters, Kiara and Nevaeh Keleher; and his fur baby Lola; brother, Robert Carr; sister, Lynn (Carr) Korczak; along with many nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces. Predeceased by his parents, Carolyn (Nickerson) and Harold Keleher; paternal grand-parents, Carolyn (Randall) and Frank Keleher; maternal grand-parents, Hazel (Huskins) and Walter Nickerson. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Care Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice. Thank you to Shannon, Miss Linda, Sebastian, Jeff, Cheryl, Aunt Eunice, Robbie and Barb for all the support over the last few years, as well as special friends Paul, Bernie, Aiden and Pat. A special thank you to the staff and friends at Arborstone Enhanced Care for their friendship over the last 6 months. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A celebration of life gathering will take place in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, by invitation only, on Saturday, December 3, 2022, 2-4 pm.
