Obituary of John ‘Robert’ Worthman

With heavy hearts the family of Robert Worthman are saddened to announce his passing on April 21 2018 age 62 years.Predeceased by his parents Melvin and Cora, sister Yvonne Bishop, brothers , Ross, Melvin Jr., Wince and Ray. Left to mourn his passing is his wife Elaine Finney, daughters Kristen(Jason)Rebecca(Myles)and son Zachary(Katrina)6 grand children Jacob, Madison, Myley, Bentley, Hudson and Novalie, his best friend his McGee , Elaine’s sons Brian and Shawn Beckwith, parents in law Stan and Shirley Finney, sisters: Carrie Brisbois, Mary Simms (Henry), Sylvia Tibbo (Ralph) Marilyn Worthman and Val Worthman (Art Lewin)brothers: Basil (Beryl) Cris and Hazen (Mercedes). Robert will be dearly missed by a large number of nieces and nephews, extended family, friends, co workers at Halifax Regional Police and the Buffalo Club family. A celebration of Robert’s life will take place on Sat. April 28 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Buffalo Club, 2 Wentworth Street, Dartmouth, NS with Karaoke to follow.
