Obituary of Clara Frances Lambert

Clara Frances Lambert Glace Bay, NS It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our loving mother, Clara Frances Lambert just days after her 82nd birthday. Mom passed away on October 27, 2022, in the CB Regional Hospital, after a brief and courageous battle with Lung Cancer. Clara was the daughter of the late Margaret and Bernard Lambert of Glace Bay. Clara was happiest surrounded by her children; Mom had the biggest heart and love for family. She had a passion for helping others, whether it was a pot of homemade soup to family and friends who were sick or offering her time to listen and provide for her family. She was the foundation of our family, and she loved us unconditionally up until her last breath. Clara is survived by two daughters: Cheryl and Sonya Nicol; a son Gary Nicol; grand daughter Tatjana Claire Nicol; as well as her former husband Gary Tyrone Nicol. Clara is also survived by brothers: Reginald Lambert( Joanne), Bernard Lambert (Sally); sisters: Debbie Campbell (Peter) and Joyce Verbiski; goddaughter and niece Megan McNeil (Lambert), nieces Adrienne Gorman (Lambert), Cindy Maidment (McNeil), as well as nephews Michael Lambert, Matthew Lambert, Jimmy Lambert, Kyle Lambert and Roger Campbell. Clara was predeceased by a brother Hector McNeil (Ontario). Visitation for the late Clara Frances Lambert will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022, from 1-2 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at 2 p.m., with Rev. Allison Etter presiding in T.J.
