Our sincerest condolences to your family. Helen was such a beautiful lady inside and out. I remember her waiting on me at the bank when I worked in town many years ago. I had the pleasure of sitting and speaking with her in church for the past few years, always a pleasure to speak with. May the memories you have of your beautiful mother help guide you through this most difficult time.

My dearest Tillie and family. We are so very sorry to hear of Helen’s passing. We had never met her, but really felt we knew her through all the wonderful and funny stories you would tell. I know how very close you were to both of your sisters and how dearly you loved them. May the love and strength of family and friends be a comfort to you during this sorrowful time.
With our love and caring, Larry and Anne.

I was so sad to hear of Helen's passing. When i heard the news of Helen i told mw wife the story of when Helen broke her leg when she fell from the tree beside her house. helen and I were playing and when she fell she told me to get help but i didn't and I said to her that she was ok and I was going home. When the Ambulance arrived my Grandmother asked what had happened and I told her Helen had fallen from the tree but she was ok. I think i was 5 at the time and I guess my assesment skills weren't very good because sure enough she did break her leg. Later on in years we would tease each other about that incident. Also, at my aunt and uncles 60th anniversary party I was suppose to speak but he;len went before me and spoke so glowingly of my father (Ray ) that it made me so emotional that I couldn't speak. Helen was a beautiful person and we will all miss her. Kevin and Laura Binder, Belleville, Ontario.

had the pleasure of being in her company , enjoying her humour and wit , her singing, but
most of all the sharing of her faith in God. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel . Fly high

I’m going to miss my Aunt Helen. Like so many others have shared, she was a kind and beautiful soul. She had a way of making you feel important and loved when she spoke to you. Every year for my birthday she sent me a card. Often she wrote about memories of me from my childhood and would include an old photograph. Visits with her were always fun occasions. She was a gifted storyteller and easily lit up a room. Her loss will be felt by many. Sending my love, Sonya Butler

Our hearts are heavy knowing we will never see our Helen again. Helen has always been one of those people you just can’t imagine your life without. That sparkle in her eyes and a smile that would light up a room. No matter how bad she was feeling, she would always manage to crack a joke to brighten up your day. Helen will always hold a special place in our hearts and will be dearly missed.
