Dear Carol and George and family,
I was very sad to hear about Jeannie but happy to have known her through visits with my mom at Melville Heights! She was a lovely, spirited person who was always a pleasure to talk to and enjoyed her friendships with others.I’m sure the many great memories you have of her through her long life will help you through this time!
Hugs from Janet and Nancy Smyth

I remember visiting the Fairn household on Lynn Drive as a child, then later in life as an adult , reconnecting with Jean, through our church. Jean had a full life and will be missed by all. Sending sincere sympathy to the family and fond childhood memories.

My condolences to all Jean’s family. I had the privilege of knowing Jean though a few vehicle transactions, I always looked forward to seeing Jean come into the dealership, she even used to get her daughter to bring her in to visit me after she stopped driving. I used to send Christmas cards out to all my clients and Jean really like one I sent her so much she sent it back to me to me the next year . Well we sent that same card back to each other for a number of years , it was a little thing but we got a laugh out of it . jean was an amazing lady and will be missed.

Our sincere condolences to all her family for your loss. She was an amazing person and lived life to the full except for the last few years. She kept up with all the news from the radio, enjoyed discussing them animatedly, and loved her audio books.. I enjoyed celebrating many of her birthday parties over the years too.
We will miss her but I’m glad she is now at peace and no longer suffering.
