COOPER, Donna Elaine, passed away on August 18, 2022. A special thank you for the care and compassion shown to Donna by all the staff on 5A at the QE II – Victoria General Hospital. As per Donna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
