Obituary of Deborah d'Eon

The Family of Debbie d’Eon are deeply saddened to announce her passing on July 5th in Halifax, just shy of her 65th birthday. Born and raised in Halifax, and a proud graduate of St. Mary’s University, she will be greatly missed by her 2 sisters, Maria Nelson (Ronnie), Annette Irvine (Joel); her nephews Troy Nelson (Shelley), Corey Nelson (Erica), Chris Irvine (Robyn), and niece Becky Irvine (Daniela); as well as grand nephew Ethan Nelson and grand niece Abigail Nelson. She spent many hours enjoying watching her nieces and nephews playing various sports and other activities. Debbie was pre-deceased by her dad, Benoit d’Eon, and mother Marion d’Eon. Debbie loved her crafts including toll paining, sewing, and knitting and took great pride in providing beautiful hand made gifts for her family. She was an avid reader often enjoying a great book at Cleveland beach. Cremation has taken place under the care of T. J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, there will be no service, with a private family gathering to celebrate Debbie’s life at a later date.
