It is with great sadness that the family of Gerald Douglas MacDonald, age 74, of Beaverbank/Fairview, announce his passing May 15th, 2018 at the VG Palliative Care Unit.
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Earle and Myrtle MacDonald.
Gerald enjoyed listening to country music, the Tim Hortons in Kearney Lake, and driving the loop.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Theresa, Daughters Wanda (Lee) Leafloor, Carrie MacDonald (Jonathan Woodland), brother Rae (Lorraine), sister Kathryn, grandchildren Kyanna, Lillian, Samantha, and baby Julia who is arriving soon, nieces Andrea and Julie, as well as several other nieces and nephews.
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to T.J. Tracey Cremation and Burial Specialists, Bedford. (902-835-4212).
