MacLENNAN, Albert “Vernon” Lawrence
Age 65, of Halifax, passed away peacefully Sunday, June 26, 2022. Born in Halifax to the late, Hamilton and Mary (Campbell) MacLennan. Vernon was predeceased by his brothers, David, and Raymond.
Survived by his sisters, Diane Perry, Carol Rector, and Jeanie Thomas; brothers, Billy, and Bobby; as well as his daughter, Angela Murray.
Vernon was a volunteer at the North End Community Centre for many years and was the 2010 recipient of the Lena Jackson Award for his outstanding contributions to the community center. Vernon enjoyed playing Bingo, socializing with his friends, and was adored by all who knew him.
