Obituary of Theresa Laurentia Ellsworth

In Memory of Theresa Laurentia Ellsworth 2022 Theresa Laurentia Ellsworth, 64 Glace Bay, N.S. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Theresa Laurentia Ellsworth on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at the Glace Bay General Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Dan and May (McNeil) Ellsworth of Beacon Street. Laurentia was a devoted daughter, a loving sister, a caring aunt, and a kind friend. She enjoyed nothing more than having a cup of tea and “something sweet” with family and friends. Laurentia is survived by her sister Rene (Ellsworth) Brooks, brothers Kevin and Jim Ellsworth and many cherished nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Lorna Henry and her brothers John, Patrick, and Daniel Ellsworth. The family would like to thank the service providers and healthcare professionals for the care and comfort they provided Laurentia during her courageous battle with cancer. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne's Parish Main St., Glace Bay,on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at 2 p.m. with Fr. Duaine Devereaux presiding.
