So sorry to hear about the passing of Freddie. I was one of his protégés back in his World Gym days back in the 80s. Got me to a 2nd place finish in the bodybuilding provincials. He and Mary were like my second mom and dad. Every one at the gym loved them. So sorry for the loss of both to his family.

Both Fred & I send our sincerest condolences to Sue & Fred's family on his passing. He was Fred's devoted partner in the Ashburn Cribbage Club! Many times Fred came home with laughter after being with his dear friend, Fred # 1, as he referred to himself!. In his phone calls; he would be asking to speak to "Fred #2. Such a pleasant person........he will be missed! Yes, you were, "Fred # l" All of you, his family will indeed, miss such a wonderful person in your lives! God will help you, no doubt about that! Fred's family: Well I knew Fred and Mary for many years through the bodybuilding world. They were both very active and knew many people. Fred was a gifted talker and had many conversations over the years on many topics. Fred used to socialize as much as he worked out,,we enjoyed many laughs over the years.
