Rosemary Elizabeth Gouthro Glace Bay We are deeply saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Rosemary Elizabeth Gouthro at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital on Tuesday, May 24, 2022. Born in Glace Bay, Rosemary was the only daughter of Freddie and Margaret Gouthro. A kind and generous lady, Rosemary overcame many health challenges in her life and was known for being strong-willed and determined. Rosemary took great pleasure in reading and writing and was very proud of her thirty-five-year career as a registered medical record librarian at the Glace Bay General Hospital. Rosemary leaves behind many cherished memories and will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Rosemary is survived by her brother, David Gouthro (Melody), niece Lisa, nephew Eric, and lifelong friend Mae Barrett. Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers Charles and Allie. A heartfelt thank you to Vera Deering for her many years of support and friendship. Cremation has taken place under the direction of T.J.
