Obituary of Hughena Morrison

Hughena Morrison, 87 Glace Bay It is with a broken heart that we the family of Hughena Morrison announce her peaceful passing on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Harbourstone Enhanced Care, Sydney. Born in Glace Bay she was the daughter of the late John and Edna McVicar. Hughena had a great love for her family and her adventurous life with her husband of 70 years. Travelling all over the world making many memories, including Motorcycling, was one of her favorite adventures. Hughena will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Hughena is survived by her loving husband Hugh; daughters: Linda (Richard) Crooks and Hughena Hughes; brothers: Rodey and Johnny; sisters: Ruth, Edna, and Valerie; as well as five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Hughena was predeceased by her son John Hugh, sisters Shirley, Amy, Betty, Paulette, and Marion.
