Obituary of James Blair Houlihan

James Blair Houlihan, age 64 of Truro Nova Scotia passed away on 19 April 2022 at the Victoria General Hospital after a battle with liver disease. Born in Halifax N.S he was the son of Frederick and Lorraine Houlihan. James from a young age was a Showman traveling all across North America with such shows as Bill Lynch, Conklin Shows, West Coast Amusements and North American Midway Entertainment. He spent his entire life as a showman and owned and operated Family Fun Amusements.
Jimmy grew up in Halifax and Windsor and established roots in Truro, Nova Scotia. Jimmy was a loving father to three children, an avid guitar player and a good friend to the thousands of people he met on his travels.
Survived by his daughter Alanna, his sons Adam (Erica) and Daniel and his siblings Ronald, Kathleen, Shawn, Maureen, and William.
Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Lorriane and his sister Lorna.
